The Ashwood console table is made from Ash solids and veneers and features a dramatic black stained finish with hand applied "rub through" on the edges to give an aged appearance. It works well in both traditional or contemporary environments. Ash has a beautiful and strong grain pattern that is highlighted by the black semi gloss finish. It has two useful sized drawers (internal size H10 W50 D27 cms ) with antiqued brass knobs. The design features the side posts extending through to the table top and it is finished with two coats of protective clear lacquer to provide a durable maintenance free finish. The console table can be used as a small writing desk or is ideal as a hall table.
