Welcome to the TV/audio unit section of Just Good Furniture. Our units are designed to store your audio visual and media equipment. We have TV cabinets in various different styles from modern to traditional and in different finishes from solid Oak to painted antiqued style.
TV and Audio Units
TV and audio units provide a functional and ideal place on which to position your TV or music systems, or any other type of audio, visual and media equipment.
They often have additional storage drawers or shelves in which to keep further connecting electrical wires/equipment or compilations of CDs, videos or DVDs. Some TV units are specially made to fit into a corner of a room, so providing a space saving solution.
Most are freestanding pieces of furniture although some homes do have them built in against a wall, as a feature or focal point.
Some units have glazed doors to the front to form a cupboard. Most have a hole in the back of the item, through which plugs, electrical wires and aerials are threaded.
TV units are fantastic for any lounge, living room or
family room and can be a focal point when families gather together to relax, listening to music or to watch TV.
A TV unit must be a strong sturdy item in order to hold the weight of an often large screen TV, along with all of the relating electrical items. It must also be of an adequate height in order to make watching TV a comfortable experience.

As TV and audio units often have drawers built within them, they are able to store collections of CDs, DVDs or console games. They also often have open areas or cupboards in which to place your DVD player or recorder, satellite box or games console.
However they can also be used as a general storage solution for the room.
